A 3-month warranty is applied if the product is still within the warranty period from the date of delivery.
The warranty period supported by FOGLIA is extended to 3 months.
Lifetime maintenance is offered for all Fenix products supplied by FOGLIA or brought to the store by homies.
All replacement parts provided by FOGLIA are genuine components from the parent company WEECKE.

Fenix Neo – Focus on What Matters

The Fenix NEO full-convection vaporizer is developed and engineered by Wolkenkraft.
In terms of design, the Fenix NEO resembles the Fenix Mini but comes with a larger size and greater capacity.

During the development of the Fenix NEO, the technical team focused on collecting and refining the strengths of previous Fenix models.
