วางยาสูบ: เกลี่ยยาสูบให้ทั่วระหว่างลูกกลิ้งและกดลงเบาๆ ใช้ยาสูบน้อยกว่า 1/3 สำหรับบุหรี่บาง
ม้วนบุหรี่:
ปิดลูกกลิ้ง: กดลูกกลิ้งเข้าหากัน นำยาสูบที่ติดอยู่ระหว่างลูกกลิ้งออก หมุนลูกกลิ้งด้านหน้าตามทิศทางลูกศร หมุนอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อขึ้นรูปวัสดุเป็นม้วน
ใส่กระดาษมวน:
วางกระดาษ: ใส่กระดาษโดยให้ด้านกาวหันขึ้นและเข้าหาตัวคุณ
ม้วนกระดาษ: หมุนลูกกลิ้งด้านหน้าตามทิศทางลูกศร โดยปล่อยให้ด้านกาวยื่นออกมาประมาณ 1/2 นิ้ว ชุบกาวเล็กน้อยที่ขอบแล้วม้วนกระดาษผ่านเครื่องต่อไปโดยหมุนแท่งทั้งสองเข้าหาตัวคุณพร้อมกัน หากต้องการนำบุหรี่ออก ให้หมุนแท่งม้วนด้านหลังกลับอย่างรวดเร็ว
