CAPSULE ทำงานโดยการถ่ายเทความร้อนโดยตรงจากห้องของอุปกรณ์ไปยังห้องสมุนไพรภายใน, ทำให้สมุนไพรไอออกมาโดยไม่มีการติดต่อตรงกับห้องทำความร้อนของอุปกรณ์, ซึ่งจะป้องกันการสะสมตะกั่ว และป้องกันการทำความร้อนของห้องของอุปกรณ์, ทำให้อุปกรณ์มีอายุการใช้งานยืนยาว
